Replacement Policy

1. Replacement Policy Coverage

Replacement support is applicable for:

• Job Mantra Priority Hiring™ placements
• Placements made through our regular recruitment services
• Candidates hired within 3–6 months from the date of hiring

2. Eligibility for Replacement

Replacement support covers scenarios where:

• Candidate resigns or leaves the organization
• Candidate doesn't meet performance expectations
• Candidate is terminated for any reason
• Candidate is unable to perform due to unavoidable circumstances

3. Replacement Timeline

Duration: 3–6 months from the candidate's first working day

• Candidates must notify us within 7 days of candidate's exit
• Replacement candidates will be sourced and screened within 5-10 working days
• Interview-ready replacement candidates will be presented for employer approval

4. How to Request Replacement

2. Provide the candidate's details and reason for replacement
3. Share employment period and performance feedback (if available)
4. Confirm replacement requirements and preferences
5. Our team will source and screen replacement candidates

6. Non-Replaceable Scenarios

Replacement support will NOT be applicable in the following cases:

• Candidate is promoted to a different position
• Candidate leaves due to organizational restructuring
• Company ceased operations or relocated
• Beyond the 3–6 month replacement period
• Candidate was fired for misconduct or violation of company policies

7. No Additional Charges

Replacement candidates provided within the policy period are provided at NO additional cost. You only pay for placement once the replacement candidate is successfully hired.
