Refund Policy

1. 100% Refund Assurance

If Job Mantra fails to schedule at least one qualified candidate interview within 3–7 working days of payment (subject to employer cooperation and timely feedback), the complete ₹1,999 Priority Hiring booking fee will be refunded in full.

2. Eligibility Criteria

For a refund to be processed, the following conditions must be met:

• Payment has been successfully processed
• Complete job requirements have been submitted
• 3–7 working days have passed since payment
• Employer has provided timely feedback and cooperation
• No qualified candidate interview has been scheduled

3. What Constitutes "Employer Cooperation"

• Timely responses to candidate profiles and feedback
• Clear communication of job requirements and preferences
• Availability for candidate interviews as scheduled
• Reasonable feedback on candidate profiles

4. Refund Process

To request a refund:

1. Contact our support team at Hr@myjobmantra.in or 70333 01263
2. Provide your booking reference and payment details
3. Our team will verify eligibility within 2 working days
4. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days

5. Refund Timeline

• Refund requests must be submitted within 10 working days of the 3-7 day commitment period
• Verification process: 2 working days
• Refund processing: 5-7 working days after approval

6. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:

• Employer did not provide complete job requirements
• Lack of employer cooperation or timely feedback
• Unreasonable salary expectations or job requirements
• Employer unavailability for interviews
• Employer rejected all qualified candidates without valid reason

7. Changes to Policy

Job Mantra reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be communicated to employers in advance.
